I had a drive up order this afternoon and a worker named Logan helped me with my groceries. I noticed that the laundry detergent I ordered broke open inside of one of the bags. He kindly offered to go and grab me another one and when he came back to my car I noticed he brought out two of them. He said he felt really bad about what happened so he gave me two for the price of one. Logan was so kind and I felt like he needs to be recognized for his hard work and good customer service. This is probably one of my favorite laundry soaps in the liquid variety. Arm& Hammer is just a great brand. You know they're using baking soda as their primary component and cleaning and I never have any problems getting my clothes clean. I don't need to buy the more expensive brands I actually trust. Arm& Hammer brand a lot better. And I really like that. There's OxiClean odor blasters included. I still will use OxiClean in the dishing just to help get stains, but it's nice that this helps with any odors.

I used to love this product and brand as it was a great and more affordable alternative to Gain (which I love but on the pricey side). I’m so disappointed in how the scent has changed for the worst! It smells awful now and leaves my skin irritated. The best way I can describe the new scent is cheap smelling floral perfume. AWFUL. There was no need to change the previous scent.
