Add 1/2 teaspoon to 1/2 glass (4 fl. oz.) of water every 2 hours, or as directed by physician. Dissolve completely in water. Accurately measure 1/2 teaspoon. Do not take more than the following amounts in 24 hours. Seven 1/2 teaspoons. Three 1/2 teaspoons if you are over 60 years. Do not use the maximum dosage for more than 2 weeks.Adults and Children 2 Years of Age and Older:
For Use as a Paste: Add enough water to the sodium bicarbonate to form a paste. Apply to the affected area of the skin as needed, or as directed by a doctor. For Use as a Soak in the Bath: Dissolve 1 to 2 cups in a tub of warm water. Soak for 10 to 30 minutes as needed, or as directed by a doctor. Pat dry (do not rub) to keep a thin layer on the skin. For Use as a Compress or Wet Dressing: Add sodium bicarbonate to water to make a mixture in a container. Soak a clean, soft cloth in the mixture. Apply cloth loosely to affected area for 15-30 minutes. Repeat as needed or as directed by a doctor. Discard mixture after each use.Children Under 2 Years:

Lasts longer with that original design.
The original version just bigger is my favorite because of all the different ways you can use it and have leftovers that’s in a reusable bag is definitely a must have for me. I can use it without worrying about not having enough and when it’s almost gone I just get another bag. It lasts just the right amount of time for my family.

Essential for litter box use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I buy the big bags of baking soda, because I add several scoops to every fresh pan of cat litter. I think it helps to deodorize for a full 2 weeks, before I wash the litter box and repeat the process all over again. The only thing I don't love is that the zip closure is not great, and often gets clogged with powder. I have often transferred the contents of the bag to a plastic tub, as a result. #giveawayentry

Odor Destroyed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved into a place where the previous tenants were smokers. Due to fresh paint and other factors it took a few months to notice. Once summer hit the entire house smelled like a dirty ashtray. I used an entire 5# resealable bag of Arm & Hammer Baking Soda and a driveway scrubbing brush to get it deep inside the carpet in every room and let it sit. Two days in the disgusting smoke smell has absorbed into the baking soda and no longer greets me when I walk in the door! #giveawayentry
