I liked the recipes. This book and a few videos from YouTube, I’ve finally got the sourdough bread thing down. It has loads of recipes from muffins, to bagels to bread to pizza. The content is very eclectic. This is your only book for most of your bread products

Amazing cookbook! I’ve been baking sourdough for about 3 years now but I like to keep it simple. Very easy to follow recipes and not time consuming. I’ve already made focaccia, cinnamon raisin, and everyday sourdough from it. Best book and recipes I’ve tried yet! This has a variety or recipes from rolls, to sweet bread to crusty sourdough. Highly recommend.
