Good macros, tough flavor
Good generally from a nutrition standpoint. Would really enjoy a less artificially sweet taste. It's pretty bad and overwhelming. Maybe just kill the flavor all together! Mixed into a smoothie, you don't need it!

Afternoon pick me up perfection
I feel so great when I take this product for my afternoon block of work. I take Adderall in the morning so I have to be careful. Otherwise I get a little bit of headaches from it. I take it away from all my other supplements and then I get this really clean, calm energy, which is great

Literally Magic in a pull

Bought 2 bottles right away because they say it can take time to notice affects. Unfortunately I cannot say I felt any different on or off the product. I believe Legion puts out great products and think the ingredients are great, just won't be buying this product.

This stuff helps me get going and push through stressful days. Especially the days with high work loads. Being an engineer can be demanding, stressful. This helps boost my mood and I feel ready to accomplish any task. I never take the full dose. & I take it when I need it. I found taking it everyday diminished the intensity of the product over time. When I begin to feel mentally fatigued, I add this into my morning routine along with the multivitamin, jnt support, fish oil, and vitality supp. The days I combo this with Vitality, I feel a huge boost in mood & energy and my focus. Fantastic product. Just do not overuse or you'll feel a crash.

Brain Fog Be Gone!
I have Post Acute Withdrawal Syndrome (PAWS) from a substance use disorder and one of the ways it affects me is memory impairment. I am in recovery but the aftermath on my brain takes time to heal. Forgetting very basic and routine things like conversations, names, phone numbers of loved ones, directions to routinely visited places, and not retaining material I was reading. I repeated myself alot to others and found myself racking my brain trying to remember things. I lived on post it notes and alarm reminders. I could not rely on my brain to consistently store and retrieve information. After about 4-6 weeks on Ascend and the difference is profound. I can recall things without relying on writing it down which I had to do before or that information was lost by my brain. I am no longer repeating myself over and over. I absorb and retain reading material now. I am so grateful for this product and how it has improved my memory. I no longer carry the embarrassment and shame of my memory impairment. Thank you Legion for this product because it has greatly improved my life.

Helps with stress management
I notice when I take this supplement I am able to manage stress much better. It makes me more reliant to challenges at work or at home. I highly recommend this if you struggle with managing stress.

Colon cleanser?
Not sure if I have a bad batch but tried this off and on, with other Legion supplements or by itself. No noticeable difference mentally and half a dose trashes my stomach. Had a bad batch of Genesis once but had others that were no issue, so could just be this particular bottle. Zero issues with the other Legion items. First and only order of Ascend, but as of this time (trying it off and on for several months) I DO NOT recommend.

2 stars because it may have worked but i got terrible bubble guts and runs that the focus went to trying not to poop myself during the day. the same day i started i had a meal i thought was the culprit so i tried it again but no. then i stopped for a week and tried again and it confirmed it. i had no idea this would be a side-effect nor did i think any would apply to me because i generally do no experience typical or abnormal side effects with any supplement - until now. :( i googled it and then came here to read reviews. i hope it's doing the good to those whose body can take it. unfortunately for me . . . it's a no. is this enough for money back?

I noticed effects the first time I took Ascend. This product gives me a kind of buzz, but not like that of being under the influence- it's more of a "everything is going to be okay" kind of feeling. It helps me with my social anxiety, so I find myself communication with fluidity and ease. Also, I usually take this right before I leave for work, so by the time I get to the office I'm ready to go. If I have a busy day, it helps me focus, organize my tasks, and not feel overwhelmed, while still getting everything done. If I have a slow day, it helps to prevent me having racing thoughts and anxiety from boredom. Even my boyfriend noticed and said I had been very calm lately. I ran out and have been off it for a few weeks now, and can definitely see how it was helping me even more obviously, so I just ordered 2 more bottles.

Works well
I bought this for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it. We were both skeptical of results, so I had gotten him this for his birthday and we both were surprised that this worked as well as it claimed. Nootropics can really help with focus, especially while he is at work all day. Legion also has always had great ingredients, so it shouldn't have come as a surprise to us that nootropics are legit.

Just starting out!
I have been looking for a mental boost for school to avoid potential burnout. I didn't want a nootropic that was going to give me an intense feeling but one that would help me maintain adequate brain power. Boy has this done the trick! More mental stamina
After taking Ascend for a few weeks, I've noticed I have more mental stamina to keep completing tasks, chores, etc. later in the day. Whereas, before in the evenings I'd prefer a couple hours to relax and recharge, now it's much easier to complete more things on my to do list in the evenings when needed. My memory also seems to be sharper as I'm able to recall more minute details than I believe I was capable of before. Strangely, I somehow almost feel 'excited' to go to work in the mornings and make progress with my teams and projects, so I guess it's improved my mood to a degree also. It's hard to imagine going back to having less mental stamina, duller memory, and lower mood; I definitely want to keep taking Ascend regularly for cognitive performance and just general enjoyment of life!
