Dear Whiskey Jack, Thank you for your comment. We do understand your disappointment with the quality of your recent customer service experience and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing issues installing drivers. If Windows was preinstalled from another motherboard, a driver or software conflict is possibly preventing drivers to install successfully. To resolve the issue, we recommend that you install Windows clean or fresh from scratch using this motherboard with all updates installed. Should you need further assistance with the product, please email me at cl-rodel@asus.com and I would be more than happy to help. Or you are most welcome to call Product Support Hotline at: 1(888) 678-3688. Also, you can chat with an ASUS live support agent from the link: https://www.asus.com/us/support/article/1135/. Thank you for choosing an ASUS product. Regards, Rodel ASUS Customer Loyalty

No boot - Memory problem Tried 3 different set of memory, (two of which were on teh QVL). Q-led indicated memory issue, q-code showed 0d. 0d is "reserved for future use". Three chats with different support techs. All three were helpful, but unable to correct the problem. Returned board.

Dear Randy Kreisel, Thank you for your comment. We do understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused if the motherboard is not booting up successfully. No boot or no POST can either be any of the hardware (CPU, RAM, PSU), installed on the motherboard, including the motherboard itself. To resolve the issue, please verify all hardware meet system requirements of the motherboard, are working properly, and installed correctly on the motherboard. We recommend testing the motherboard outside the case to determine if all the hardware is correctly installed. Also, we recommend clearing the CMOS every component change or installation. The error code: 0d, typically indicates a memory or a CPU issue. Other potential problem is other hardware. including the motherboard. RAM issues with code 15
Been having issues with the RAM slots, I've change to different stick of RAM, different brands and the DIM slots seem to be not working that well, and it boots really slow with code 15 lasting about 1 minute, then it boots up.

Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for bringing this to our attention; I understand your frustration. Could you please provide more details about the symptoms your system is exhibiting and the troubleshooting steps you have taken to determine that this is a motherboard issue? Additionally, please check if your CPU has any bent pins and inspect the CPU socket. After verifying your components, reseat your CPU cooler carefully, ensuring not to apply too much pressure as this may interfere with the memory channel. If the problem persists, feel free to contact me with any technical or general questions. You can reach me at customerloyalty@asus.com. Please include a link to this post for reference. Thank you for choosing ASUS! Best Regards, Adrian ASUS Customer Loyalty – US Support

Working well So far
So far, so good. I own the AMD AM5 version along with the 7900 X3d CPU. I just finished updating the BIOS. This the 2nd board I ordered. The first one I am quite sure was faulty, so I returned it. I could not get anything at all to show or post and the error code was "0.0," which means "not used." This is a first build for me, so I am navigating through unfamiliar territory. I tried to put a M.2 gen 4 SSD into the gen 5 slot on the lower right spot but have not been able to get it into the slot. I used a gen 5 in the main m.2 slot with the large heatsink and it fit perfectly; and a gen 4 in the slot that takes a gen 4, and it fits perfectly as well. Overall though I trust this board and it is loaded with features. Also, since it is AM5

This board will make you smile.
Works perfectly out of the box. Needed BIOS update which was easy to do. Is not able to run DDR 5 6800 RAM at 6800 speed and has it capped at 4800. Maybe another BIOS update will enable 6800 someday soon. BIOS has tremendous number of settings and is easy to navigate. So far I’m pleased with this board. It keeps fans QUIET for normal tasking. I’m not a gamer but my grandkids are so they’ll be proud that Papaw built them a real GAMER machine. My old Asus board spun fans loudly even in low task mode. It was 12 years old and past time for retirement like me.

Elite Gaming Motherboard
This motherboard is a beast. I needed an AMD motherboard that could take on a heavy work load and have room for future proofing. I mainly game on my PC and I have never had any issues with the motherboard. The wifi connection is superb, there are 3 PCUe slots, two of which are 5.0, more than enough room for future proofing. There are 12 USB 3.0 slots. My only con with this motherboard is that there is not enough RGB lighting on it. This motherboard is a work horse. If you need a motherboard, for a 7000 AMD CPU, and you are looking for a motherboard that can stand up to the pressure of high volume work over long period of time, then this is the MOBO for you.
