I find this to work best when I haven’t shaved in quite some time. If I try to use it within a week or so of previously using it then there isn’t a thick enough barrier between the razor and my skin. I was hoping to switch to this full time but I’ll have to alternate between this and shaving cream.

I’m in love with this oil. I haven’t used any shave cream in the last few years…I have just used my Olay Body Wash, but I started to get razor burn often. I saw this on an article in a beauty magazine so thought I would try it. The smell is amazing without being overpowering (make a lotion!) and it feels so great to shave with. It’s definitely on my list of “keep a spare on hand” and “always buy”!

it was nice using this on my legs but after it came in contact with my under arms i had a reaction. It gave me itchy red bumps which ended up in discoloration and what feels like razor burn for 2 months after trying it. i wouldn’t use this on sensitive skin or maybe just on legs
