Delicious and filling for on the go
I have eaten this bar for years - it is delicious, filling, and indestructible (meaning I carry one in my purse all the time in case of hunger, and it may get slightly smushed, but doesn’t crumble and fall apart - still totally edible)

The best dessert -- or quick meal -- I've found
Instead of the 700 calories in that chocolate pecan pie, have one of these Chocolate Almond Caramel Bars at a fraction of the calories and a whole lot of other 'good' stuff.I like these for a quick mid-day meal, too. Crunchy enough, sweet enough; satisfying enough. Glad I tried them!

Granted they taste good but there is a surgery substitute in them that bring out the gas and bloat worse product out there.ill probably go back to my old ones with a little more sugar but no gas do not buy
