Q: How do I clean the soft plastic material on the outside, as it has gotten sticky, but no cleaners seem to work?

A: Hi Kaiden. The stickiness can be caused by either heat (direct or indirect) or the products being used to clean it. Once this happens, unfortunately, there is no way to reverse it. We just bought it from the store and it wasn't working at all. The only thing that briefly turns on for a moment is the "record" button" so we replaced batteries and it still wasn't working then we went to the store to replace it and it still didn't work so we gave up and now it just sits on the shelf until I can return it sometime this week. Really disappointed cause my daughter picked it out and never got the chance to play it.

There are several choices of sounds for each key, and even the voices for the microphone has choices. Its super light weight so our 2 year totes it around easily. The colors are super cool also. Overall I highly recommend it for a child with a growing mind, keeps them focused and teaches them about choices that can be fun.

They love cats! I'd say our favorite feature is the ability to record yourself playing and then listening to it over and over again. This is an awesome toy!

My kids love this! I love that it has a volume control that can actually be turned down to a low volume! The cat meows when playing the piano is their favorite choice. Just a heads up after awhile when it hasn't been played with it will make a cat snoring noise and turn itself off.

Found this toy for free on the side of the road. I now understand why someone was trying to get rid of this cursed cat piano. Want to hear some out of key music to the tune of "La Cucaracha?" This might be for you. Nothing is ever free, my friends. Kids love it though. If you dislike someone's parent this is the perfect gift.
