I'll never relaly know if it was because of Tonic8, the acupuncture or what - but I finally had a period. It has been causing me a lot of anxiety, knowing I am TOO young to stop menstrual cycles. On the same note I have been well aware of my weak blood and chi issues for a while, due to many life circumstances over the past 15 years. So they tonified enough to at least have this one period, and I hope there is more improvement!

I've been taking this formula as the bottle's instructions suggest (5 tablets, 3x daily) for approximately 4-months now. My herbalist suggested this formula for long-standing blood deficiency. The most noticeable improvement so far is my abdominal bloating has resolved. Clothing fits much better.

Over the winter, I was taking dry saunas once a week. At first they were great, but over time, I would get nauseated and light headed while sitting in the sauna. And even though the sauna warmed me up, I seemed to be developing cold hands and arms during the night. My skin felt very cold to the touch. My TCM doctor warned me that sweating a lot during winter is not good (at least not for me), and he put me on Tonics 8. Within a few days I felt much better. No more chilled limbs, no more nausea, less light headedness. Also, I feel less chilly overall.
