A: Thank you for your inquiry. You can find answers to these questions by reviewing the link to our manual below. You want to fill up the water inside the warmer until it reaches the same level as the frozen breast milk. You can then click on the cold button until the LCD screen displays "F" and then select steady warm. A: Hi Heather, Our Baby Brezza Bottle + Breast Milk warmer will fit most baby bottles. Odd shape or off brand bottles may not fit. We've tested our warmers with Dr. Browns, Comotomo, Philips Avent and others. If you have a specific bottle in mind, please let us know by calling our Customer Care team.

Bottles do not heat consistently no warning labels that water reaches boiling temperature lid doesnt lock I am being treated for first and second degree burns to my hands and fingers that were burned by the bottle and breastmilk warmer again NO warning labels or temperature labels on product keep away from children when using!
