A: The Dr. Brown’s Specialty Feeding System designed for infants with a cleft lip/palate is sold fully assembled with the Infant-Paced Feeding Valve (blue valve in the nipple). The valves are exclusive to Specialty Feeding System. The Specialty Feeding system is a medical product and tested as a complete system therefore the valves are not sold separately. Looking for a bottle that makes it easy for my breastfed babe to switch between bottle and breast easily and these are it! Haven’t had any issues with leaks or anything else. I read all the instructions to ensure I’m it over tightening or anything else they say not to do. Not sure if the leaks others are experiencing are quality control or user issue. I really enjoy these bottles and they are a fair price for nice glass bottles!

I am not sure which bottle is worse- dr.browns or tomee tipee. This bottle practically dumps formula all over my newborns face and makes him choke— it is NOT slow flow. This bottle has made feeding a sad stressful time for my son when it should be satisfying him. It is actually leading him to swallow tons of air and cause stomach upset. I would not recommend this bottle at all as a new mom and don’t know how it has been so highly rated.

My son & I both love these glass bottles! Easy to clean & wash. The glass is nice and thick. I went from exclusively breastfeeding to giving him a bottle at least 2-3 times a day. We do not experience any leakage while using either!

We have other branded bottles that work fine, but needed more and they were out of stock, so I opted to pick up these Dr Browns ones instead. These were a major disappointment! My daughter is spitting up like crazy after eating now which never happened before! I am so surprised that these so called specialty bottles specifically for spitting up & gas would cause so much! Our regular plain old bottles worked just perfectly. I’ll have to get more of those because these are a no go. I can’t have my daughter spitting up half her food every time she eats.

The bottles came open very unsanitary, the nipple was touching the outside box that the package came in. Because the box of bottles came open as well I will not be using these im extremely disappointed with target I can’t believe they would deliver a package in this condition.

the WORST bottles. they leak so much milk & you have to keep them upright at all times because milk also comes out of the nipple when turned sideways even with the lid on. milk will randomly seep out of the sides when feeding the baby - the air vent is on correctly and the lid is not too tight or too loose. it doesn’t matter what we do. no other bottle has given us as much trouble as these. wasting my milk and a waste of money

I love that these are glass but they easily break compared to other brands. They feel thin and cheap. I wouldn’t buy or recommend. I was very careful and used the silicone sleeve but they still broke.

We brought these after hearing about the microplastics in the plastic version. We had the plastic version, so we decided to try out the glass version so we could still use the bottle parts at least. These bottles have worked great as we transition from exclusively breastfeeding to breastfeeding and bottle feeding combo.

I was convinced these were the best bottles on the market and bought a supply of different sizes and tests through my baby’s 9 months … by 3 months I sincerely regretted and by 6 months I ended up throwing the rest away. The bottles (all the variations) leak, I watched al the YouTube videos went through all the tips on how to prevent leaking: to no avail. If a brand that is dedicated to only making baby bottles can’t prevent them from leaking - then it has really missed the point. Extremely disappointed as I really wanted to love these bottles given all the sconce and research behind it..but finally switched to a competitor. Couldn’t handle anymore soaked clothes smelling like baby milk.

Causes horrific gas build up.... this is my 4th child and I ALWAYS used playtex drop ins. Well this baby prefers a narrow nipple so I decided to give these a try. He is 10 days old and has never experienced the amount of gas pain he did after one of these bottles. I will just have to keep trying on the playtex drop-ins.... from an experienced mother and bottle feeder this is DEFINITELY not helpful for gas or colic these bottles greatly increase babys discomfort.
