A: Yes you can. In fact, the Safe + Smart Warmer is a better warmer to defrost breastmilk because it uses a Warm Water Bath which protects the nutrients in your liquid gold. Most other bottle warmers defrost with steam heat which is too hot for breastmilk and destroys these nutrients.

A: Yes you can. The Safe + Smart Warmer works with all brands of bottles. The warming time varies based on what you're warming (formula or breastmilk), the number of ounces and the starting temperature (frozen, refrigerator or room temp). Generally it will take 2-5 minutes. What's great about this warmer is that you input these settings into the app or on the control panel, then the warmer figures out the warming time, runs itself and alerts you when the bottle is done on the app and by beeping. Then it auto-shuts-off!

Completely unreliable
This bottle warmer is terrible. It makes the bottles scolding hot on every setting no matter what. I make a 4oz bottle and set the warmer to a 2oz setting and the bottle comes out boiling hot. Do not waste your money.

Doesn’t Grow with Your Baby—Poor Support
The design is sleek, but the functionality is lacking. This warmer struggles significantly with larger bottles (7-8 oz), often leaving them lukewarm or cold. Beyond the technical issues, dealing with their support team to get a replacement for my malfunctioning unit was a headache. They make the warranty process far more difficult than it needs to be. For the price, the product should work better and the company should stand behind it more effectively.

Stopped working after 7 months
Loved this product and used it all the time. But after 7 months, it randomly stopped working. Won't turn on.

The product works very well. However, I’m unable to install the app for the Baby Brezza Smart Bottle Warmer because the app only supports older Android versions. I’m currently using Android 16. I hope the manufacturer will update the software in the future.

I love how easy inconvenient the bottle warmer is and how fast it can warm a bottle however, the front area has been leaking water that is inside as it is warming.

Disappointed
1 year later...it doesn't warm completely or consistently. The bottle becomes cool as soon as you take it out of the water. There have been times when the warmer just shuts off in the middle of warming. Somehow milk seeped out of the bottle and clouded the water -- it has been impossible to get it out or clean ever since. We've scrubbed and soaked with little success.

This site can post fake reviews to save its self but the product just doesn’t work try to connect from Bluetooth but wouldn’t turns out you have to go turn the machine on first then you can Bluetooth but then the machine shuts off so terrible product
