Q: It doesn't warm. Tried to change the temp but it only blink red then turn blue again. Is this still covered in the warranty? Had it for 3 months now.

A: We recommend using distilled water as this will reduce the need to descale. However you can use any type of water that you wish.

A: Thank you for your inquiry. We recommend water that has been boiled and allowed to cool, or water that doesn't have any contaminants. The warmer features an airtight lid to prevent contaminants from entering the water, further reducing any risk. While it is possible to use other types of water, such as baby water, filtered water or any other kind of water, please be aware that they may leave mineral deposits on the heating plate, necessitating more frequent maintenance and cleaning. Q: This unit must stay plugged in to keep water at temp and on for the water to stay at the desired temp?

A: Yes as long as the Instant Warmer is plugged in, it will maintain the desired temperature 24/7 and let you dispense warm water on demand. If you unplug the unit and then replug it back in, it takes about 10 minutes to warm up the entire tank.

Leaks
I have only had this machine for 3 weeks and it started leaking water from the bottom of the machine. It was great until then. Disappointed.

At first I loved this, but after 4 months the blue light began to turn on and no matter how much I try to change the temperature, it returns to the blue light, I only used distilled water in this product and it still stopped working. It's not worth the money.

Twin mom who has 4!
I have 4. 1 and each grandparents house and two at my house 1 in the twins nursey and 1 in the kitchen. Highly recommend. Idk how we did it 16 years ago for my sister with out this! Totally worth it.

Great... When it Worked
Loved it at first. Then it stopped warming after 3 months. It automatically changes to room temperature after a few minutes on either warming setting even after descaling. We only ever put distilled water in it, so there shouldn't be any build up anyway. Thank goodness a friend gave us a handmedown bottle warmer for refrigerated bottles and our kid drinks room temperature bottles. Probably the most disappointing purchase we made. Do not buy this.

Our water warmer machine has stopped working after two months , we try changing the setting to yellow or red and it doesn't stay on that setting it switches back to blue after a few seconds .
