Q: This unit must stay plugged in to keep water at temp and on for the water to stay at the desired temp?

A: Yes as long as the Instant Warmer is plugged in, it will maintain the desired temperature 24/7 and let you dispense warm water on demand. If you unplug the unit and then replug it back in, it takes about 10 minutes to warm up the entire tank.

This is a great product.. when it works.. My son is six months old and I'm already on my second Baby Brezza Instant Warmer. Randomly, the first one stopped working and would no longer warm the water, through warranty I was sent a replacement 2 months ago. Now the replacement is doing the same thing. The dispenser is utilized and cleaned as instructed in the pamphlet. It's unfortunate, because it really is super helpful when it's functioning properly.

It's a keurig for babies. Apparently I didn't know how to shake a bottle before we got this thing. Our son pounded it faster than any bottle up to this point. Highly recommend for the lazy and high maintenance babies.
