Q: My Sea Dreams Soother has stopped its movement function out of nowhere and for no reason! The music still plays but the characters won't move anymore. It was our favorite part of the toy/product! How can we get fixed/replaced?

Q: Characters starting to make squeaking noises. We have changed out batteries numerous times and the horrible would sounds won't stop. It sounds like the characters need to be oiled or lubed up in order for the noise to stop. Is there a way to fix this??

Q: I just bought the machine and it has a clicking noise Everytime the fish move. Is this normal? It's very distracting since this is suppose to relax and soooth.

The music is crazy for something that mounts to the crib and is supposed to sooth him to sleep. A lower volume option would be ideal. There is only loud and very loud. That being said, the white noise option is ideal to put him to sleep and he is captivated by the light and motion. We just use the music for non-bedtime stuff.

This uses 4- D size batteries and it kills them fast when youre using the lights and movement (which is the whole point). Unless you want an added $30/month battery bill, Skip this toy

I love that they enjoy going to sleep because of them, and that they will actually tolerate Bedtime diapers just because they’re excited to get into bed because of this you! One great perk is that it comes with a little control so it’s allowing me to give them feeedom to play in bed!

I hung this on my son's crib & I use it every night. It's very soothing and works great. I love listening to the songs. The only negative I can think of is that the light is blue, which they say makes it hard to fall asleep, so I keep that off when I can

We got this at recommendation of our Doula, and it was a godsend for a while. Our son was in love with it, watched intently, really enjoyed. Well, that's over now. The good: it is very engaging for a little, and when you put it in ocean sound mode, can help to soothe to sleep and act as a sound machine. Makes the crib a "happy place" The bad: once kiddo started being able to stand, would smash the button repeatedly to turn it on. The music blasting in the middle of the night can be eerie. The regular use eats through 4 C batteries on a weekly basis. Wish there were more options for how long the "sleep" cycle was, especially for the lights. The ugly: this week, kiddo realized he could chew on the soother. Found flakes of blue paint or plastic all over kiddo's face, probably some in belly. I can't ignore that its literally chipping away from what should be expected use (an infant is going to teethe)

The characters are nice the it’s very sturdy and I love the fact it has a little remote control that I can use instead of getting up all the time. It has a lot of musical that just plays randomly and the sea creatures moves up and down with light in the background, the light feature can be turned on or off also and it features white noise. Just overall I like it and would recommend.
