Q: Characters starting to make squeaking noises. We have changed out batteries numerous times and the horrible would sounds won't stop. It sounds like the characters need to be oiled or lubed up in order for the noise to stop. Is there a way to fix this??

We got this at recommendation of our Doula, and it was a godsend for a while. Our son was in love with it, watched intently, really enjoyed. Well, that's over now. The good: it is very engaging for a little, and when you put it in ocean sound mode, can help to soothe to sleep and act as a sound machine. Makes the crib a "happy place" The bad: once kiddo started being able to stand, would smash the button repeatedly to turn it on. The music blasting in the middle of the night can be eerie. The regular use eats through 4 C batteries on a weekly basis. Wish there were more options for how long the "sleep" cycle was, especially for the lights. The ugly: this week, kiddo realized he could chew on the soother. Found flakes of blue paint or plastic all over kiddo's face, probably some in belly. I can't ignore that its literally chipping away from what should be expected use (an infant is going to teethe)

The characters are nice the it’s very sturdy and I love the fact it has a little remote control that I can use instead of getting up all the time. It has a lot of musical that just plays randomly and the sea creatures moves up and down with light in the background, the light feature can be turned on or off also and it features white noise. Just overall I like it and would recommend.

The remote is a nice touch, and the unit easily attaches to a crib. There are two volume levels, and a few options for music and lights and movement of the sea animals.

Honestly not my favorite. It's cute. But after a while it started making a squeaking sound when the little figures would move up and down. Not the best for night time wake ups as the light is bright and blue. The remote is nice and works great. I was wanting something to help soothe my baby at night, but since it's a blue light it's a little harsh on the eyes. My son does like it and its great for day time. But I'll be looking for a different one.

It’s perfect in its pink trim for my daughter and is so nostalgic. This does take 4 C batteries which is a bit of a negative since you can’t recharge easily and it does use up batteries pretty quickly but in the end, it’s so worth it for its features. I love that this has a remote, so when a song stops and my daughter is getting restless I can restart it for her without her actually seeing me. Lots of adorable songs and lights. My daughter is instantly soothed every time.
