Immediate return. Instructions are incredibly confusing and even when the instructions were clear nothing seemed to work. No matter how hard we tightened the straps in the anchors the seat was still loose and sometimes after it was tightened it would get even more loose. Just get the Graco one

The carseat is unusually difficult to set up but the scary thing is that it will not latch snuggly into the car, no matter how you try to do it. The bottom of the seat moves 7-8 inches even with the bottom latches or seatbelt fastened as tightly as possible. I thought the other reviewers just didn’t install it correctly, but I should have listened. This is not a safe car seat if it moves that much! Returned as soon as I tried and failed to install it safely.

I use the seat belt to install this booster for my 5 year old 43lb 46in child. She uses the 5 point system still. The manual was straight forward with installation using the seat belt and I was able to secure the seat very well. We have two, one in dads and in my ride. I will keep for our other younger children until they expire. Great for the price.

The absolute worse car seat known to man. Why and how are these still being sold? Completely unable to tighten it in SUV and sedan. Straps are too short and the instructions are horrible. I bought two for my kids at 8pm at night and returned 8am the next morning. The picture provided is the products in my trunk ready to be returned.

Wish I would’ve read the reviews before buying this. This seat doesn’t latch into the car very well and the fabric doesn’t go over the seat correctly. The instructions weren’t helpful at all. I don’t feel like my kid is safe in this seat at all. We will be returning this booster seat for sure.

Really not a good car seat and not safe. Please do yourself and buy something else. It cannot latch into our car tightly, which is an issue we haven’t had with other car seats. It’s really janky. Also, the seat starts pilling almost immediately. I’ve used my lint remover to make it look a bit better but after another week it looks the same again. It looks like we’ve had it for years but we only got it 1 year ago. We are just using the base of the seat as a plain booster now which is fine, but the fabric is all bent and weird in the back so even that looks messed up. I’ll probably replace it at some point. Really not a good seat.

We’ve had many car seats/boosters in the past with our kids, this one is our least favorite. It’s lightweight but not easy to install. Wide and bulky appearing and our toddler didn’t find it comfortable.

I was looking for a 3 in 1 booster for my 5 y/o with specific safety features and thought this one was perfect. That was until I got it home. The setup and installation instructions were not clear and the straps were short. I called customer service and was told that the carseat is not meant to be worn with a coat (it's currently Winter). I was also told to use the carseat without the 5 point harness or look into other carseats.

Over priced booster

I bought this thinking it would be great in our secondary vehicle for our 3 year old, but it doesn't stay tight in the seat in any of our vehicles. I have tried the harness latch system, using the seat belt, using both and have even taken it to a certified car seat install center. They suggested not to use it until our kid fits the requirements for not needing a harness anymore, just the seat belt. Would not recommend to anyone, unless you ask to the store if you can see if it fits in your car first.

Returning immediately! I have 3 kids so I’m not new to car seats. Needed a harness booster for my 33lb toddler, and this car seat has by far been the most difficult to put together and install of all time. Besides that, it doesn’t install safely and is super loose. Even worse, could barely get my son into it because the straps were too short and way too tight in the groin area. Save yourself a lot of hassle and do not buy this!

My 3-year old outgrew the harness pretty quickly. Now we are using the seatbelt but the plastic loop that you feed the seatbelt through always makes the seatbelt get stuck in a way that makes the seatbelt loose. I also don’t like that the seat isn’t firmly secure. It wiggles a little bit, compared to my Graco brand one. I also don’t like that I have to remove the seat to adjust the height of the back. We’ve used this seat for awhile, but there’s definitely better ones out there!! Read the reviews.
