E2 error code 7x on first day--ended up returning
First day of use, an error code (E2) popped up seven times. The manual did not have a troubleshooting section and online it stated this code could be triggered by a pet jumping onto the swing while in motion or something is disrupting the gears or motor. None of our pets jumped on the swing and my husband verified nothing was interfering with the motor, since the manufacturer stated the gears tend to shift out of place during shipment.

The nu motion swing

Either defective or just disappointing
Disappointed. Bought and assembled only for the remote to not function and the swing itself to barely move. I’m not sure if the swing was defective as well or just the remote. Either way, I don’t feel comfortable taking the risk of buying another just for it to not work properly.

Should’ve went with the mommaroo and idk why I didn’t follow my gut. This swing is almost the same cost but half the quality. I wanted to love this swing but after a few times of using it I just find one more thing to dislike. It’s quiet however the speaker sucks, the sound choices also sucks. I hate the auto shut off just when my baby is peacefully chilling it automatically shuts its self off and the longest period of the “timer” is 45 mins. Definitely buying the mommaroo and getting rid of this swing!

Motor is loud, speaker is horrible, easy assembly
The motor is very loud on this swing. The speaker is absolutely terrible as well. All of these reviews are from a promotion so I feel as if people didn't actually tell the truth. It was super easy to put together but it's not a great swing for $200+. The seating is very awkward as well for your baby to sit in. Thinking of returning.

Only thing I don’t really like about this swing is that it turns off after 45 minutes. Otherwise it’s a good swing bought it today and my baby fell asleep in. Wish it wasn’t $200 tho other wise good product

However, it is quiet and very comfortable for the baby. There are different settings that control how it moves and the straps are designed so they don't rub up against the baby too much. The swing is easy to control and the settings are easy to understand. The mobile placed above the swing helps keep the baby occupied if he's awake, and also helps to calm him down. The swing is stable, but not incredibly heavy, so it is also simple enough to move it from one room to the next.

It is overall durable for a baby but not as durable as other brands. Is compact if you beed to take apart and take with you on a trip, doesnt take up much space and doesnt take long to piece together.
