Q: The swing is jerky side swing did I assemble it incorrectly?

A: Hi! This usually happens when the little switch on the base of the swing is set to Lock. The swing can only work properly when it is set to Unlock. A: Hey there! The swing should be placed on a floor that is flat, level, stable, and structurally sound. For example, normal floors that are evenly carpeted are acceptable. NEVER place the swing on a raised surface like a table.

This is NOT battery powered as advertised. It needs to remain plugged in to work. The swing settings go up to 5 but are basically all the same - it doesn’t really move much more. For the price, not really worth it.

A lot of reviews are from before their baby tried it and I should’ve looked into reviews more before adding this to my registry. Swing says it has 5 different motions, I honestly don’t notice a difference with any of them. My baby cries the entire time he’s in this swing :( I wanted so bad to love this, but I can’t. Music is so quiet. Not worth the money.
