A: Baby weight may be too low for this swing. Wait until they weigh a little more (still under 30lbs) and then use. I had the same issue when baby was newborn.

I’m very disappointed in this item. We got one from our baby shower and the motor died within 1 week of use. We went in and got another and the second motor only lasted 2.5 months. Definitely frustrating and not worth the hassle

Waste of money
Completely stopped working after a little over 3 months of ownership, for the price i’d expect it to last atleast 6 months. would not recommend buying. find something with better quality.

Stopped working after 2 weeks.
Used it for 2 weeks. My baby loved it. It soothed him and he loved looking at the stars while awake. It completely stopped working after 2 weeks. He’s only 9 lbs and I only used it in level 1. Looking at the reviews it seems to be a common issue. Gonna try to return it… also the instructions are terrible. Had to find a YouTube video on how to assemble it.

Longevity disappointment
I’d give the swing 5 stars for the short time it actually worked. My baby LOVED it!!! Unfortunately, the swing completely stopped working after a short time. Complete waste of money. I would look at purchasing a different brand with better quality if you want a product to last for more than just a few weeks/ months.

Very disappointed in this swing. After just 3 weeks of use, the wires have disconnected from the motor and the swing no longer works. A waste of 135 dollars…. Such a large amount of money now wasted after welcoming our new baby to our family. If I could give ZERO stars, I would

The installation instructions are a complete waste of time, the bird button on the machine just makes the swing sound like it’s breaking. This product is terrible. No wonder there are almost more 1 star reviews than 5 star reviews. Don’t buy this thing.

Bought this baby swing because ive had other variations of it in the past with my other babies and have always worked wonderfully. However this one stop working after a week, I tought it was the weight of the baby but she is 2 months old! Tried turning it on by itself and still no luck on the swing swinging. For the prize I would assume the swing would be working properly for a while but turns out that will not be the case.

Wouldn’t buy again low to the ground, stars don’t move. The buckles are cheaply made. Head support is there but doesn’t really work.
