If you do not select a timer setting (all LEDs are OFF), the unit uses a default time of 90 minutes for auto-shutoff. Hate this swing! Swings to slow, came all scratched up, now of course out of warranty and stopped swinging because the piece that holds the bar with the swing attached under the cover broke in half. Definitely want to get an older swing that actually works. My son hates this swing. Yes, I am going through the company to figure out how to get the part to fix but I know what out of warranty means, I spend more $

This swing was a lifesaver to help soothe our newborn. She falls asleep so fast on the swing once we know she’s tired but won’t falls asleep on her own. The assembly instructions were a little hard to follow but other than that no issues with the swing.

Overall, we are happy with this swing, but there is one complaint that we have. The sound does not stay on and there is no way (at least not one that we can find) to stop the sound from turning off. We put our 4 month old in the swing to nap and as any parent knows, it's not always easy to get him to nap, and it is very frustrating when he is finally asleep and the sound turns off and he wakes up. I don't understand why there isn't an option to have the sound stay on until we turn it off.

We had to exchange the pink one we got on our registry due to broken pieces. We got this one because they had it in store. It has scuffs on the mirror part but I couldn’t be bothered to do another exchange. Also no wall plug in is provided and putting it Together isn’t difficult just annoying

My granddaughter loves it so easy to use, never had any problems I bought it for my home so when she comes over, she’s been using regularly she is now 6 months and still loves it! It could be a little hard to get through doors but we don’t move it often so that’s not a big deal breaker, I got it on sale and well worth the money!

My baby loved this swing… while it lasted. Got the swing on April 28th and all of a sudden the music completely stopped working. It’s been 44 days come on now.

havent used it with baby yet but was not easy to put together and does not come with charger to plug into the wall…only comes with usb cable you need to plug into your own charging block. for $120 it should come with everything needed to use it.

Worked for 2 weeks and now it barley wants to turn on. Turn it on and the lights start blinking and it turns off within 30 seconds. I purchased a different swing from the same brand and was sent someone else’s return like the box had a bunch of missing parts and the swing was broken so I returned it for this and now this isn’t working. With inflation and having 3 kids, the Money and hassle is not worth it. Should have stuck with graco
