    Quit working after about 4 months

    My daughter loved this swing, as did I. But sadly, it quit working after only about 4 months. It turns on but only for about 10 seconds then shuts off

    Need help

    I am trying to put together the swing, and they left a red plastic piece on the swing arm assembly, and it is impossible to get off. A black plastic piece is also stuck on the control module assembly. We need a refund or a new swing.

I prefer this in comparison to graco. The cloth and fabric texture is different which helps my baby bc other swings we have used caused a bald spot In the back of her head due to friction and this swing does not impact that! I would recommend this over any other brand!
