A: Thank you for the question! Seat pad – Remove from frame. Fasten buckles on seat restraint and seat pad. Fasten all hook-and-loop patches to the corresponding patch. Machine wash with cold water, gentle cycle. No bleach. Tumble dry, low heat.

If I could give this product zero stars I would. The straps don’t tighten properly the buckles in the front are designed terrible. Doesn’t swing properly. It’s just overall a terrible design. Do not buy.

Straps become loose and baby worka her way back! Thought I had not put them tight enough but nope they get loose! Thankfully I stay near by and was able to catch baby before she hit the floor!

I don’t understand why there are so many new expensive swings with multiple features. This swing is simple and perfect. It is battery powered but it does not drain batteries. We’ve been using the same batteries we put in when we received this as a gift 12 weeks ago. And we use it A LOT. It’s our baby’s favorite place to be when she’s not in our arms.

I put this on my baby registry and received it as a gift. It was super easy to put together and works great! I love that it can fold when not in use. We live in a apartment and didn’t want anything that took up half the living room or anything too expensive since babies can only use swings for a short amount of time. This fits the bill! Highly recommend if your looking for something money saving, compact and gets the job done.

Too big for newborns. Usually these swings bring some kind of removable padding so that newborns can fit into and then grow into it but this one didn’t. I was putting blankets just so my newborn didn’t sink into it. Now the seating adjustment doesn’t work and it doesn’t swing when the baby is inside it. Terrible.

This product was a gift from my baby shower. It was fine up until the 2nd month, it stop swinging. So my first reaction was the batteries, I changed the batteries out and it still wouldn't swing. The 3rd battery got so hot until it burned my fingers!

I received this swing for my baby shower. We were only able to use it twice before it stopped working. My son enjoyed it for those two uses but yesterday it stopped automatically swinging. I tried unplugging the cords but unfortunately that didn't work. IF the swing I received functioned properly I would give it 4 stars.

We actually got our first one from a friend but our oldest loved it so much that we ended up purchasing two additional swings. Our youngest two this is the only swing that they will use. Absolutely love it and it is so easy to travel with.

Cheap and small, which was nice as our house is tiny. However my baby by 2-3mo could push himself with his feet and, strapped in he could push his head right off the back and basically the weight of the swing would go out of balance with him hanging upside down and head just inches from the ground. Yikes.
