  • A: Baby weight may be too low for this swing. Wait until they weigh a little more (still under 30lbs) and then use. I had the same issue when baby was newborn.

    Terrible purchase

    If I could give ZERO stars I would. Received this as a baby shower gift back in April. We had our baby in may. We opened the swing July and the motor has already stopped working. The swing will not sway or move at all. I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting steps and nothing has helped. I have been trying to contact Graco to see about a return or exchange and can’t get a hold of a single person.

    I’m very disappointed in this item. We got one from our baby shower and the motor died within 1 week of use. We went in and got another and the second motor only lasted 2.5 months. Definitely frustrating and not worth the hassle

    Waste of money

    Completely stopped working after a little over 3 months of ownership, for the price i’d expect it to last atleast 6 months. would not recommend buying. find something with better quality.

    Stopped working after 2 weeks.

    Used it for 2 weeks. My baby loved it. It soothed him and he loved looking at the stars while awake. It completely stopped working after 2 weeks. He’s only 9 lbs and I only used it in level 1. Looking at the reviews it seems to be a common issue. Gonna try to return it… also the instructions are terrible. Had to find a YouTube video on how to assemble it.

    Longevity disappointment

    I’d give the swing 5 stars for the short time it actually worked. My baby LOVED it!!! Unfortunately, the swing completely stopped working after a short time. Complete waste of money. I would look at purchasing a different brand with better quality if you want a product to last for more than just a few weeks/ months.

    Great swing!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this swing so much! Used it for 2 of my kids and it's held up great! I love the neutral colors as I don't want a big colorful swing in my living room! I can't say enough good things about this swing! Highly recommend!
