A: Hi Kamran! To unfold, release the fold latch by pulling it outward and unfold stroller frame by pulling upward on the stroller handle until the frame locks. To fold, locate the strap in the seat pocket. Using one hand pull the strap firmly upward to unlock the frame. Holding the strap, lift the stroller frame until it fully closes. Fold stroller to collapsed position (sometimes may require additional assistance by hand) before securing with fold latch. Have additional questions? So far the size of the car seat and stroller are a great size. Haven’t had my baby yet to sit her in there, but over all the cushion on the car seat is soft and padded. Nice color and I love the brown leather part on the stroller where the handle is. Pretty easy to close and open. Took a good min to figure it out but after finding it, it wasn’t so hard. I like the side handle on The car seat to carry, I thought it was comfortable and easy to hold. The true test will come once baby is here! That’s why I gave it a 4 star.

I really wanted to love this car seat and stroller. My husband did the research and decided on this one. I like the car seat but wish the infant insert offered a little more support for the head. My biggest con for this is the stroller… the front wheels squad and will not go straight when pushing. I have to constantly stop the stroller, back up, and realign the wheels. We contacted customer support about the issue because it happened only one month into using it. They are requesting proof of purchase which I understand but is kind of difficult when we were gifted this from our registry.

I didn’t realize how narrow the car seat would be. I guess it works great for carrying on a plane, or a tiny car. I cannot see how my baby would fit in it in a couple of months. She’s a 8lb one month old now and her sides are already on the sides of the seat. I’ve already thrown away the box and had it open for a couple of months so I’m going to buy another travel system and sell this one. I don’t like the buckles either, and it just looks kinda cheap. Also, the shade doesn’t go far enough. When it’s in the stroller, the shades don’t “close” together smoothly. It’s just not great.

Thought this was a pretty good deal but the it honestly sucks! The wheels are SUPER SQUEAKY. Tried everything to not make it squeak. Also the car seat is made super cheaply. Good for maybe grandparents baby sitting but save your money and get something nicer.

My husband and I have a love-hate relationship with this car seat stroller set. We love the car seat for its stability, stability, and ease of putting the car seat in. We hate this car seat for the design of the latch/hook. To unhook the car seat from the base, takes 3-4 hands. The two, grey buttons on the side of the car seat have to be pushed in at the same time, while pressing a metal bar at the foot of the car seat. Imagine using both hands to push the grey buttons, and then being stuck because you can’t simultaneously press the metal bar with your “third hand”. Annoying, right? I don’t travel alone often, but when I do, it takes me at least 5-10 minutes just to unhook the car seat from the base. The only reason why I would recommend this car seat is because of its security. Once you hear the click of the car seat in the base, there are no worries about whether it’s secure. But if you purchase this travel set, please make sure that you watch whatever YouTube videos are available to assist with installing. Extra: I wouldn’t recommend this car seat for single parents, because if you don’t have help, traveling alone will be difficult and frustrating.

I got this stroller as a gift for my baby shower due to a good price deal. Sadly the wheels are very squeaky and loud. The baby seat belts from the back are also very hard to pull out when increasing how long or short you would like it to be.
