So cute and high quality

I bought the Scoot crib and dresser/changing table - plus the Kiwi glider - and love them all! The combination of the white and wood looks so cute - and the products are high-quality and durable. Could not recommend this set more!

Horrible Experience

We have had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. We ordered this crib almost two months ago and still cannot use it. First, it took forever to ship. Then, once it finally arrived, we were taking everything out of the package to assemble it, and one of the top side bars had almost been smashed right in the middle. The issue is that there was no damage to the outside of the box. Furthermore, these side bars were packed securely in the middle of the box and tucked in all of the other parts, as opposed to being on the outside, where it would make sense for potential damage in transport to occur. Therefore, the assumption can be made that this left the warehouse damaged, and no one inspected it prior to departure. If you think the story is over, it is not. After contacting customer service, they eventually dispatched a replacement top side bar. It finally arrived, and my husband went into the nursery to put it on and called me into the room because "the color didn't seem right to him." I got in there, and, sure enough, the white color of the crib was NOT the same white color as the replacement side bar that was sent. The shades were completely different. Back to customer service I went. After going back and forth with them, they finally said they would send another piece to try again. It has now been a week since I was told it would be sent, and it still has not shipped, so we'll see what happens. No discount or partial refund has been offered for the fiasco this has been and it is extremely frustrating. These cribs are not cheap, and I would expect a lot more from this company. I would give one star, but I gave an extra because I do like the look of the crib.

Scratches very easily

Very nice looking crib. Wasn’t too difficult to put together. The biggest downside is how easy it scratches. There are several scratches just from putting it together, particularly when attaching the spring bottom for the mattress. Not sure how well it will stand the test of time.. or teething. Expected a bit more

Stands the test of time!

I’ve had this crib for 8 years (!!) now, first with my oldest son who had it as a baby through his older toddler years and now with my youngest son who is using it as a converted toddler bed. I actually came to this site looking for bunk beds for my sons and stumbled across this page wondering if Babyletto still sold this crib! Glad to see they do :) We’ve loved it!

Highly Recommended!

We set this crib up in our baby girl's nursery shortly before she was born. I was so nervous to start using it once we felt safe enough to move her to her own room that I slept in her room with her that night. But once we moved her into this crib, she didn't let out a peep! The transition seemed almost too seamless that I kept sleeping in there with her, thinking it was a fluke. But lo and behold, this crib was a winner. I love that it's so beautiful (for me) and functional (for her), and I can't wait to use it in all of it's different variations (except the part where baby girl has to grow up to use them). Babyletto is the way to go!

2 stars. Minus 1 for each of the 3 hours this thing took to build. Literally every step is a coin toss on orientation. Expect to undo and redo several times on your journey to completion. Poor hardware.

Overall seems like good quality. Instructions were very vague and it took a while to put together. Several screws did not fit as expected and needed a lot of maneuvering to make it work. Scratched easily when using the Allen wrench to assemble.

Beautiful crib, Easy assembly.

Crib pieces arrived well-packaged. Assembly was easy- directions provided were very clear and easy to follow. Did need two people at times to tighten all the pieces together and it took a few hours from start to finish, but we’ll worth it. Highly recommend.

Great Crib for the Price!

This crib arrived fast and my husband was able to put it together fairly quickly. There was a small dent on one of the top side bars, but no other visible damage/defects. The manufacturer is sending a replacement for the piece with the dent free of charge. The crib is exactly how I envisioned. I would have given 5 stars if it didn't arrive partially damaged. I love the style and can't wait to see my baby boy in it!
