LOVE! Make a 20oz!
I have used these jars as drinking cups for my toddler who is now 3. She has used them since age 1 as a straw cup. In two years, two have shattered from dropping them outside on concrete. That goes to say, they do last as long as you don’t drop them on concrete. ;)

Chips easily
Over time, these have formed cracks and I thought it was just a freak incident until I read all the other reviews here. I loved the nesting design and look and feel, so this was disappointing. I have lost 2 jars already to chipping within a year.

Soooo fragile :(
As others have stated, the bottoms break so easily. I was using these to make oatmeal at work and the bottoms have broken on three of them just from hot water.

Nice in theory but not durable enough for daily use
I purchased 2 sets about 6 months ago, all of the lids and rings rusted in a short amount of time but I didn’t really care because I bought them to use as drinking glasses. Half of the glass jars have developed chipped edges and two developed cracked holes in the bottoms. I’m also not a big fan of the manufacturing indentation at the bottom of the jars, it creates a tiny crevice along the inside edges of the glass that makes them hard to clean. I would have given one star but the nesting function is still a nice idea.

Bottoms Already Broken
Disappointing to say the least. Like other reviewers, the bottoms of 3 out of 4 jars have already broken. Not worth it unless you feel like replacing these 3 months later.

So Incredibly Disappointed.
These broke. Within four months, the bottoms fell out of every single glass. I have other items from Ball that have lasted for years and years, but not these. Sadly, I am outside the return window. Please save your money, and avoid this particular product from Ball.

Not suitable for drinking out of (break easily)
I got these to use for drinking glasses because they nest, making it easier to stack on shelves but the bottoms break out so easily, even just putting a couple ice cubes in the bottom. I know that's not their intended use but I thought they'd be sturdier than my other glasses as they're thicker.
