I was comfortable buying these Beats Pro since they’re refurbished by a reputable company like Target. I was looking for earbuds that do not fall out when working out, but did not want to spend too much since I have AirPods. These turned out to be perfect! The wings on each earbud help stay in place and I do not have to adjust them consistently while exercising. They work great and look brand new. They came with all the accessories even though they did not come in the original box.

The volume is good in these but the noise canceling feature doesn’t work, it sounds like the same as transparency. The smallest tip for your ears are not small enough. Overall, I like the AirPods Pro better, but wanted to try these beats. Guess I should’ve went for new ones

Full of ear wax
I received the item and looked at the ear tips as soon as I pulled it out of the box. The ear tips were FULL of ear wax. When I am buying a target certified refurbished product, this is not the quality, safety and product I was expecting. These ear buds must not have gone through any quality control or been cleaned whatsoever. I'm really disgusted by this and don't see how I can trust the refurbished program.
