JOKE
The item arrived and didn't work correctly, and I was going out of town for the holiday, so I just waited to return it until I returned. I did not realize you only have 14 days to return it, not 90 like advertised all over their website. Read the fine print! So Target gets free money because I am stuck with a broken product. This is exactly why I DO NOT shop at Target. I wish I could give negative stars.

Stay far away from refurbs.
First off smelled of ear wax out of the box. Awful, sound crackles and disconnects one is quieter than the other anything below 50% volume is practically impossible to hear. One dies quicker than the other and last less than 3 hrs max. The anc hisses and buzzes with occasional pops that startled me when I first started using them. Stay away from refubs from target. Will be trying to return these. I’ll try Amazon next time.

Horrible battery life!!!
I hate everything about these earphones . 2 years of use and only get about 1hr worth of music use. Even if the earphones are fully charged. Don’t sit well on the ears and falls out. Would not recommend !!

Received these in depolorable condition. They were covered in earwax. Left earbud substantially quieter and sounds terrible in noise cancellation mode. Now target wants me to go and claim the "manufacturer warranty". Will never buy from target again!!

Connectivity issues
They are a nice color and the case fits well in the hand. I have struggled with keeping them connected. They randomly stop and I have to reconnect after 15-20 minutes. I can’t walk too far away or they disconnect. Disappointed as I was excited to use them but they don’t stay connected that long and you can’t have any other devices around or it interferes.
