    Pulls Hair Out

    I’m frustrated by a huge design flaw: the connection between the ear pads and the head band traps hairs and pulls them out. The headphones themselves are fine, but for this much money I’d like to keep my hair!

    lasted 2.5 years, mesh is peeling off

    i think this product is great, the noise cancellation especially is really nice, the audio quality is great. the headphones are comfortable and the buttons are simple to use. at this point after 2.5 yrs, however, the mesh has peeled off and they are now sticky, plus the hinges are loose and it's definitely worn and torn. however, with the price point, i expected them to last longer. i would invest and buy a different brand - since i feel like half of this price is just paying for the name

    Not what I was expecting

    I really like over the ear headphones because you can just get lost in whatever it is that you are listening to. But these are different I feel like the noise canceling did not work as well. The sound quality was ok but I felt that it could of been more probably more Bass.

    Not good quality

    Perfect Headphones

    They are super noise canceling, not like entirely without music, but great and I bring them EVERYWHERE. I accidentally put them through the washing machine (dont ask) and they STILL work just as well!!

    Love These!

    I appreciate the quality sound of the music. I feel immersed with the music. However I don’t enjoy using these headphones for phone calls. It kinda seems like everything around me is louder than me when on a call and it’s sometimes hard to hear myself speaking. I digress as I purchased these headphones to play music not for calls. Overall though love these!!!

    Faulty

    These were only used for work for 4 months before they broke. The sound was good, noise canceling good but since they broke it was a complete waste of money. I contacted Apple and they stated the damage is not covered and it would cost $220 to repair.

    These headphones are great for listening to music, movies, but the mic is terrible. It goes in and out and people have a hard time hearing me. Expected the battery to last a bit longer than it normally does. The style and design is beautiful but the mic piece needs some work. Looking to buy new headphones now because I can’t use the beats to talk on the phone with my Bluetooth.

    I bought these for my son for Christmas and after 5 months of use, one side snapped as he was putting them on. Quality of this brand is junk for the price. Will never buy again. We bought cheap brands that lasted for years and never broke.
