broke after 3 weeks. unfortunately had thrown out the box. so no refund either. I will not buy belkin again. crap product.

Too buggy the right earbud doesnt work or turns off auto sometimes (bad sensor probably). Not for the use of laptops. So buggy on iphone 12.

I’ve had these for around a year now and being the clumsy person I am I have dropped them countless times but they are still working like they are brand new. If these were airports they probably would have died by now. They are an overall awesome headphone with great sound quality as well

I bought these because I have an iPhone14 and so my previous set of Galaxy Earbuds do not work with this version of iOS. I had previously bought the "Belkin G3H Rockstar Headphones" and they are great. The sound is great, and the microphone is great. But these ones, not so much. It was pretty easy to pair them with my phone, but when someone calls me, they can barely hear me, so I can't take calls or use them for meetings. When I'm listening to music, ONLY if I push and hold the earbuds in my ear at a certain angle, do I really get the full experience and hear the bass properly. Otherwise, the bass is almost non-existent. I've tried all three earbud sizes, but the angle just doesn't sit right in my ear to be able to hear music the way it should be heard. and if you don't put the earbud in right, I hear a static noise with every syllable uttered. But the most frustrating thing of all is when I'm listening to music or anything, if I move my face, even a little, it'll stop the music/audio. Like, if I'm singing and the earbud moves even a little, it pauses the music. I have honestly never had such a frustrating experience with any other set of earbuds. So I may not even use these long-term and just go back to my wired Belkin headphones.

During video calls using fb messenger platforms or any other platforms,random earbud always disconnected. So you need to put back again the earbuds in the case to reset and reconnect. And after sometime again i am facing the same issue. On my disappointment i smash my earbuds and broke them. I guess the cheaper earbuds will give you more comfort than this brand.

They are amazing he loves them he said they sound good and it comes with a charging case which is a plus for when they die and he’s not around a wall charging port.

Good product. Volume not that great. Maybe a firmware update will fix that issue

They looked sleek and cool in the packaging it comes with, also the actual earbuds are also sleep and modern looking which I enjoyed. These earbuds fit my ears well and stayed in them while I walked or cleaned my house. When I exercised they also stayed in but not when I did too much jumping. Still it was easy to push back in and continue my workout. I enjoyed the black color and the size of the charging case. Small enough to fit everywhere I needed it to but not too small that I lost it easily. I would recommend these to anyone wanting to try new earbuds out. The sound was also great and the ease of use was essential!

The bass in them are amazing and they charge really quickly. Would recommend to anyone looking. Keep in mind they are a little pricier than some but definitely worth it.

It was a little difficult to get them to sync in the beginning because only one ear bud would sync while the other one was completely quiet. Took a while of turning them on, off, and resetting them to get them to both work. I love the sleek case and the look of them. I did change out the earbud pieces to fit my ears better, and they're comfy. The only thing I'm not used to yet it how sensitive the touch controls are. For example, if I need to adjust the earbud, it always hits the volume or pauses the song. That's a little annoying, but other than that, these are great! They have a good battery life and sound amazing.

All others I've owned last half of my work shift, but thes last all day. Music, and podcasts all sound clear as a bell, but sometimes people can't hear me well during phone calls. It helps to disconnect, and reconnect them, but it doesn't always work . I still like them because they are comfortable enough to wear all day

My favorite part about these, even though it is menial, is the sensory mechanism that pauses your music whenever you take a bud out! It is very helpful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To preface this review, I am an Apple user and have been using the original Apple AirPods for about 4 years now. So, this review is using those as my baseline. For starters, pairing the belkin earbuds were just as easy as the AirPods; open the lid of the case (with the earbuds in the case), go to Bluetooth, click SOUNDFORM and good to go. Reading over the user manual, it was also neat to see I also have the option to pair the headphones individually without the case; a feature I don’t think the AirPods have. After pairing, I popped them in and was first pretty surprised by how comfortable they are. I don’t really like in-ear earbuds which is why I’ve stuck with the original AirPods and never upgraded to AirPod Pros. Belkin also provided different sizes of the in-ear cones for the perfect fit. I was able to keep them in for several hours listening to music without my ears getting sore. Additionally, the battery life lasted the entirety of my listening time. My AirPods, when new, only had like a 5 hour battery life of music only (even less if the mic got involved); these days they last about 2 hours (and about 45 mins with mic). Belkin advertised 8 hours; I have not listed to music through them for 8 hours straight so I cannot attest if that claim is true, but they’ve certainly lasted as long as I’ve needed them. As for phone calls, haven’t used them for a lengthy call yet but again, have yet to run out of juice while using them. As for sound, overall pretty good. With music, there’s lots of beefy, punchy bass, mids were full and clear, but highs were a little thin. Not terrible, probably not noticeable for most people, but something I felt I noticed. Bass is better than my old AirPods but highs weren’t quite as good in my opinion. But overall, they produce quality sound and a good listening experience. Phone calls are crystal clear. Belkin’s earbuds also have way more touch features on the earbud itself that my AirPods don’t have. With the my old AirPods I can only assign a single action to each AirPod and volume control isn’t even an assignable option. It’s possible newer versions have more options, but, comparatively, with the Belkin earBuds I can control volume, skip, repeat, play, pause, answer calls, and I think even queue Siri, all with various taps - and these are all built in features, no going into settings and assigning. Huge win there. My only other “con” besides the thinner highs in sound, is frankly, they don’t look quite as sleek in my ears as the AirPods. I remember when Apple first presented the AirPods they said they wanted them to look like a piece of jewelry. Debatable if Apple pulled that off, but in my opinion the AirPods are definitely nicer looking in my ears than the belkin ones are. Don’t get me wrong, Belkin’s are above and beyond better looking than pretty much all the other wireless earbud options out there, but still a little bulky compared to the AirPods. So, to conclude, overall a very good wireless earbud. Comfortable, good sound, good battery life, good features, and easy to use. But if you’re wanting to buy earbuds as a “status piece” like so many people use the AirPods for, these may not be for you. If you’re looking for a great overall wireless earbud without paying the Apple premium, these get the job done, which is why I give them 5 stars.
