Do not purchase this!!
Do not buy this rug!! It sheds awfully and has a very chemical like smell. It also came looking dirty. I’m so upset with this purchase and they will not Allow me to return. Such a shame.

Air the rug out first in a clean, well-ventilated area, like a porch for a few days (a garage is not recommended unless the windows or the doors are open) b. Turn on the air conditioner or place fans within the space where the carpet is located and keep the windows and doors open. This way will help enhance the flow of air in and out of the space. c. If you have an air-ventilation system (ducts that exchange indoor for outdoor air) keep this running for at least 48 hours after the rug is installed. You can run it for more if the odor is still present. d. Vacuum the rug

Lay! Stay!
This runner is perfect in front of the sofa in an off-kitchen family room. I wanted a rug that would not slide under my dog or me. I also needed length, and was happy to find optional sizes. It feels good under my feet and looks good in front of the sofa. Thumbs up!

Bad Quality
Loads of never ending lint and rough texture. Just kept it for the color theme otherwise it's a pice of junk. I feel it will cause allergies to someone in the house. The color and design is as described.

Sheds like crazy! Do not buy!
I purchased this rug for my daughter's nursery and would absolutely not recommend it. It shed so much (after many times vacuuming it) that we didn't feel it was safe to have our daughter on the rug. We contacted both Target directly (in store and online through customer service) and they were not able to help return the rug because it was outside of the return window. We then contacted Safavieh directly and they told me "Please be aware Safavieh is not authorized to assist directly with orders made through Target." We are now stuck with this horrible rug that is a safety risk for our daughter and feels like sand paper. :( We are very dissapointed with the customer service we received.

The rug is made of wool. Wool will shed with the first few vacuums but then won't shed anymore. The bar of the vacuum should not be touching the pile.
