The product itself is very nice if you want a slender eyebrow. You can build it up. The color is perfect. Ulta's procedures are somewhat undesirable. I don't understand why you just can't buy it in the store for the discount. You have to order online and have it delivered or pick up in the Store. My product was delivered totally damaged. I had to take it back to the store and exchange it waste of my time. Ulta runs a sale and it's online only, why? I will think twice next time. Maybe I will go to one of the big box stores where they value your business and usually give you free samples. Also, you're suppose to be able to get a birthday gift. Every time I go, they don't have anything. I also tried online and they were all out . This is happened for years. Very disappointed in ultra.

This brow pencil is better than ABH. I have tried numerous brands and price ranges. I found myself always going back to ABH because of the color range and performance. This pencil has nice natural and neutral colors and the performance is better than ABH.

My saleswoman asked great questions before recommending Precisley brow pencil. She also gave me a tutorial on the different shades of color depth I can achieve with this one pencil. I always receive friendly help at the Knapp's Crossing Location.

It was difficult to put on my eyebrows, wore off quickly, and the pencil part was short and thin. Kept breaking off no matter how careful I was. Didn't last a week.

This brow pencil was dried out. Was not able to return because it was a final sale through GMA DEALS AD STEALS. I contacted benefit but was unable to download pictures through the email they sent me. The pencil is so hard it pulls out eyebrow hairs. Do not buy. I think Benefit was trying to unload old dried out stock.
Have used this prouct for several years.

My eyebrows only grow in halfway and I use this pencil to fill in the rest. The number 2 pencil is the same color as my gray hair. Easy to apply.

I stopped in to replace my Precisely, my brow, pencil from Benefit. The young woman who helped me was very helpful! She helped me find the correct color for the one I came in for and then recommended this product as well. I ended up purchasing both so I will always have one on back up. If you need a good eyebrow designer, I would highly recommend either of them from benefit.

The only brow pencil I've used for approximately 4 years. Living where summer temps reach 90⁰ to 100⁰ and very high humidity, this pencil doesn't budge. It does remove easily with facial cleanser.

I love this pencil and got another person to buy one while I was there. I have no eyebrows and doctor said no permanent ones either. I draw them on every day and have so many comments about how pretty my eyebrows are and who did them??? You have made my life!

I passionately hate, hate, hate these pencils. They break all the time. I ordered two minis and I rolled it up to see how much product it contained before I used one of them, and without me even touching it, 1/4" of it broke off and fell on the floor. The next one, I used three times and it broke off on the third use. It is now empty. Too dry or something. Bad pencils. Such a waste of money. I don't understand how or why people rave about these pencils. The only good thing I can say about them is that the shades are good.

This is the 3rd one I've had. Since I'm lucky enough to have a natural arch to my brows this is an easy to use tool. Natural look with out the heavy designer look.

Very cool toned graying brows. This is the right color (if I don't get too heavy handed with the strokes). Other grays I have tried are too warm or nearly black. Not too dry, but also not waxy or greasy. Stays put all day! Ride or die status.
