A: I don’t get your calculations. The website says it is 57long x 24 3/4 (high) x 22w You have a dimension of 28 wide. Also it came today and the box says “black “ but I ordered dark brown ??

Q: I read that you can't convert this to natural gas. I would like to know why? I thought you would be able to change out the regulator for using natural gas

A: BCP sells this firepits as a simple propane use only application. Conversions kits maybe available, however may cause personal-property risks as this fire pit table not tested with natural gas.

Q: I cannot get it to ignite? I held gas down for 2 minutes to clear lines and took forever to light first time. Cannot get it lit now. Propane tank has gas so I can't find any other reason why.

This is a good sized fire table and it provided sufficient warmth for a southern California evening. However, the components are low quality and the gas knob has now frozen shut and we can't even turn it. The fire table is essentially useless now.

We finally got around to putting it together and we have scratches on our lid, and bowed side panel, missed paint finish on corner. I was able to bang the the panel straight with mallet..but disappointed for sure!

The screws didn’t line up very well - they were way off, a little smaller than it appeared in pics The color was pretty though We returned it - we were not able to fit the propane tank in due to the screw holes being completely off and unable to put the shelf in

I bought a 50,000 BTU Rectangular Propane Gas Fire Pit Table w/ Storage, Cover - 57in. It works great and was easy to put together. We found that the paint used is water soluble. We every someone opens a beverage drops from the drink remove the paint. I don’t know the solution. They don’t have touch up paint. I may have to put some mismatched enamel on the top at least.
