A: Hello, use the cap given fill it halfway. Siwsh iit in your mouth for 2 minutes, and then spit it out. Then wash your mouth with warm water and then brush.

I think it did make my teeth cleaner and I saw all the food trapped go out of my teeth! The ingredients seem natural. It does have a minty taste thats a little to strong for me. Also beware you cannot throw this down the sink because it will clog your pipes since it’s oil, so make sure to spit into a paper and throw it in the trash!

My dentist recommended oil pulling to cut down on bacteria, which could leave to build up. I was very impressed with this product. While it does taste oily it actually had a cool minty flavor which made the oil not feel overwhelming. I love that. It comes with a tongue scraper, and now even minutes later after using, my mouth feels cool and refreshed.

It has a pleasant taste and not overpowering. Easy to measure using the cup it comes with. The price is really worth it too. I noticed it made my teeth a little whiter and my gums felt better after two uses. I will definitely be purchasing more of this!

I was pleased to see this pulling oil with included benefits such as CoQ10 for healthy gums. I love the addition of peppermint and spearmint oils because it leaves my breath fresher than coconut oil alone. Also the addition of essential oils such as oregano to kill bacteria without wrecking my mouths microbiome is an added bonus. I could have done without the “vitamins” k2, d3, and e. But that’s just my preference.

My teeth aren't that much whiter cause it is a natural product but you can tell my teeth look revitalized!!! I like the mint flavor cause it makes you feel clean after using it! The texture does take getting used to tho

The kit comes with the vitamin infused coconut oil, a measuring cup and a tongue scraper. The box has clear instructions on how to use the oil and do the pulling. It takes a few times to get used to the taste but the results are worth it!
