Needless to say, I was excited for the opportunity to try it. I took a bit of extra time to try it to get the full experience. After a month of use, I think I like having a bottle around in my bathroom cabinet. At first taste, I almost hated the texture, taste, and experience. But I really liked how clean my mouth felt after use as well as fresh breath. I eventually got used to using it, and now I understand the popularity of coconut pulling. A bonus of this particular product is that it comes with a tongue scraper, which also aids in the cleanliness experienced after coconut pulling. Aside from being all natural, I really liked it includes ingredients, such as Vitamin D3 & K2, Oregano Oil, Peppermint Oil, Clove Oil, and COQ10. I knew COQ10 had various benefits, but I had no idea oral health is also one of them! After using this product for a month, my teeth and gums feel much healthier than before using. I’m not sure if I’ve noticed much of a difference in whitening my teeth, but all the other benefits of using this product make it worth it. I think it did make my teeth cleaner and I saw all the food trapped go out of my teeth! The ingredients seem natural. It does have a minty taste thats a little to strong for me. Also beware you cannot throw this down the sink because it will clog your pipes since it’s oil, so make sure to spit into a paper and throw it in the trash!

I was pleased to see this pulling oil with included benefits such as CoQ10 for healthy gums. I love the addition of peppermint and spearmint oils because it leaves my breath fresher than coconut oil alone. Also the addition of essential oils such as oregano to kill bacteria without wrecking my mouths microbiome is an added bonus. I could have done without the “vitamins” k2, d3, and e. But that’s just my preference.
