I would purchase again
This product makes wonderful omelets. My only criticism is what others have stated--the recipe directions leave much to be desired. However, following what other reviewers have written, I adjusted my times accordingly and they came out perfectly.

I'm not sure if I would buy again
Unfortunately, I have not used yet. The mailing box was soaked in the rain, and the book manual was destroyed. I called the company to get a replacement, and they stated they didn't have one, so I'll search the internet. Hopefully, I'll find it.
