[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These have a standard smooth writing, but the color of the exterior (blue) led me to believe that would be the color of the ink. Nope, it's black ink. The way to pop the cartridge back up is a little tiny button on the upper side, which isn't as simple as it being the same button to push it down. I do like not having to keep up with a cap though. Standard pen, just nothing out of the ordinary.

They work and are easy to carry around, I've had no issues or problems with the ink. I did find the plastic to be uncomfortable after awhile there are no rubber grips.

I particularly like this pen because the packaging is made from recycled materials and so is the pen! I feel like it was a well thought out design as for the design being retractable (you won’t loose any caps) and the click to retract.

It has that classic feel of a pen and I also love the click style pens. The ink goes a long way and does not dry out. With that being said, I didn't see anything special about the functionality of the pens. They write smooth enough and have a good grip, but nothing that would make me choose this product over another pen.

These pens are made of ocean bound plastic that has been recycled and that makes me feel a lot better about how much plastic goes into the trash and recycling that never gets recycled. It writes great. It’s a good size. It has good markings on it to make it comfortable to hold for long writing.
