Unbelievably better
I love this thing. I hate artificial smells and seem to be allergic to many. I also get dried out hands, or they're expensive, or they don't clean well, and the container is huge... these wipes are better. Safe, eco, pretty, built well - but most of all- the only wipes that clean up after my senior cat's stinky messes without a ton of paper towels and spray and hot water!

The price is crazy for what it is!
Just silly to charge $20 and not include the first set of wipes!! While it’s nice that they have an aesthetically pleasing container, $20 is FAR too much for what it is. The container w/o wipes should be no more than $10.

Disaster to use
The wipes are great, but the container is a disaster to use. I found it very difficult trying to thread the wipes through the narrow opening. And when I was able to, the wipes only came out 1 at a time. Very disappointed, and at $20, not including wipes already, feels like a scam.

For the price, it should include wipes! I bought 2 canisters and one refill wipe pack because I assumed they came with wipes, nowhere does it say it doesn’t come with them. You would assume a refill pack is to refill the original dispenser?? That is my one qualm so far. Also they are bigger and bulkier than expected. Not bad, just, larger than I imagined from the photos, not as inconspicuous on the counter. The cleaning power is fine for an everyday counter wipe. Maybe not heavy duty. My seventh generation wipes clean better. The wipes are small, compared to other cleaning wipes. Might be good in the car but I wouldn’t count on them to replace your usual cleaning supplies. Also the smell was weird? It didn’t smell like anything good, just like cleaning supplies ( I bought Neroli Dream).

Pretty but not worth it
It’s a beautiful container but it’s definitely not worth its price tag. You cannot refill this with wipes from other companies and their wipes left a weird residue which i can only assume was mold after 1 month of use. The container has a good magnet but the plastic may be too hard for the softness of their wipes because i can’t get one to stay in the pull tab. Returned both the wipes and the container after a month.
