Literally perfect. Make sure you add the oil if you’re making waffles. These taste just like the pancakes. I would eat when I was young.

My son can eat these every morning as can I. We live the fact that these are organic and simple to make. Just add water. They cook up nice and fluffy everytime. You can also use this to make waffles. Another plus is that it comes in a resealable package to keep them fresh as most people won’t use the whole package at once.

The flavor is decent (I always add vanilla to the batter though), but oddly the pancakes don’t brown much at the recommended cooking time & they always turn out looking dry & have a rubbery, chewy texture. I’m not sure if it’s because I use milk rather than water or what. My toddler however loves them regardless of the issues above. So I’ll continue to buy it until I find something better, especially since the Yuka app gives this mix a “poor” rating :-/.

This is probably the best organic pancake mix on the market. You just add water and a handful of blueberries and you’ve created a succulent treat. My grandkids always look forward to me coming and bringing a bag of pancake mix and making pancakes in the morning. Blueberries in season are a plus.
