Wish I had gotten it sooner!
I have been looking into getting this for a while and finally did get one for a family member this past Christmas. They have had a bird feeder for a long time in the backyard and it was time for an upgrade. Set up was easy, the clarity of the pictures is great, it really is a fun time. It doesn’t replace sitting there watching them with a coffee in the morning, but it cheers my family member up during the day getting alerts that a bird stopped by. We have a lot of activity and wish the battery lasted a touch longer, definitely getting the solar charger in the next few weeks.

Excellent Design
I’ve had this feeder since the beginning, from kickstarter on. It has held up beautifully and easy to care for. Naughty squirrels have left teeth marks but still looks good.

Please Add A Squirrel Barrier
We love our Bird Buddy but the squirrels have over taking it. They even ate through the bird platform we added. I would love it if you offered anti squirrel barriers on the sides to not make it so easy for them to steal all the food. The squirrel videos were cute originally but that’s all we have now.

Wonderful
So glad I purchased this! It has been fun watching the different birds slowly come to explore our new bird feeder. The videos are great. The structure has held up just fine and we have not had to charge it at all with the solar roof. Definitely recommend if you are mildly curious about it.

Doesn’t work with older iPhones
I got this for my parents. It is a great idea and great product. BUT it isn’t compatible with my parent’s iPhone 13. I would have never gotten it for them if I had known that. They have no way of using this until they get newer phones. Expensive plain bird feeder I got them.

Sneak peeks of the backyard flock
I love seeing my "birb" friends up close and personal dipping into the seeds! I knew I'd have a squirrel problem but I have to admit that some of their photos are hilarious. (I reserve the right to be annoyed with them though.) I really enjoy taking a few moments throughout the day to see who has visited and stared into the camera lens!

Fun with great pics
Great feeder that produces a lot of enjoyment and great pictures. The only two issues are the seed hopper is way to small and the battery life is not as good as my hummingbird bird buddy. Knowing what I know now I should have gone with the solar option.
