Incomplete instructions
Just got it. You should put in instructions that the slot for crumb sheet is at bottom. Is the small tray under rack to catch grease? Almost returned it. Why don’t you have YouTube demonstrations on how to use oven.

Very disappointed with the lack of recipe info.
I'm trying to learn how to operate & use the oven. I was very disappointed that there wasn't any sample recipes to try &/or to use as a guide. I've never purchased an appliance that did not include a few in the instruction manual geared to that specific appliance!

Nice toaster over/air fryer combo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I like the toaster oven. However, the drip pan/bake tray (that you put under the air fryer basket) should be larger. It barely covers the area under the air fryer basket and it slips around in the oven. It should slide in to the grooves on the sides of the oven so it will be secure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance doesn't get to set temperature. Air fry temperature is 450 degrees only. It cannot be set to desired temperature. Tried baking banana bread in it and took way over amount of time called for to bake. Buy something better.

Compact and effective

It was time to replace our old trusty toaster oven which although still working had lost all of its markings and the convection fan was very loud. Our new B&D is smaller overall but meets our needs and is super quiet. We have only used the air fry setting and bake option so far and both are excellent

Nice while it lasted.
We bought 2 years ago for a second home where we have been a total of 10 months in last 2 yrs. Throwing it out when we go back. Toaster no longer works and when we used it as an air fryer cooking chicken, it set off the smoke detector, burning the chicken. ( we did follow cooking instructions).

Light & good size

Good customer service

Customer service responded to me promptly and sent a replacement oven within 10 business days. Wish the oven rack slid out when the door is opened as it is difficult to grasp the oven rack when wearing oven mitts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received a replacement after 2 other toaster ovens pooped out on me in less than 1 year on one and 6 months on the 2nd replacement. This 3rd one, I still have problems. It will not toast the bottom as well as the top of any of dishes to be toasted. And it runs WAY too HOT. I can't seem to catch on how low I should run it, I should not have to guess !
