Nice quality rug. I purchased the 3x5 and two of the 2 x 3’s. They lay flat, except for the fringe on one side, however that’s to be expected when they first come out of the roll packaging. I’m sure in time it will lay flat. I love my purchase and would recommend.

If I could give this rug no stars I would. Rug constantly pulls. It looks horrible. I thought it would be good quality since I paid over 400 dollars for the largest size. Complete waste of money. It’s a loss on my part. Joanna Gaines should feel bad for marketing a horrible rug.

Love the look of the rug, and it fits well in our narrow galley kitchen of our small apartment. Only issue is that there are small bunches of yarn randomly throughout.. when I step on one barefoot, it feels like I'm stepping on something round. Would be perfect if the thickness was even throughout. The jute is on the harder/coarser side, but we're fine with it. Others who prefer a softer jute might not love walking barefoot on this.

I origionally loved these rugs, bought 5 of them in different sizes. They very quickly turned from grey to a gross yellow color. Wish I could get a refund.

1- There is no way to clean well. 2- Sheds a lot and creates dust bunnies. This rug initially looks great but you can't vacuum. Even after adjusting my beater bar on my vacuum it such up all the fibers and ultimately starts pulling out knobs of the weave. Would not recommend.

Can only spot clean this beauty, which is a shame becuase my child dripped a popsicle on it and now It won't come out. BUT overall this rug is great, I've had it for almost 7 months and it has minimal wear and tear. It's a great lighter jute color, and is a beautiful addition to my entryway.

Unfortunately, I am not content with this purchase; quite disappointed. The gray is not consistent throughout. It looks like it has yellow staining around the edges of the rug. And unfortunately, the fringe is so ripped up and not consistent as well throughout the edges. The one thing I will say that the thickness of the rug is what I was looking for. And thankfully shipping was quick. However, The quality on this rug did not meet my expectations.
