Not girly or beginner friendly, please do your research on jump ropes before purchasing this one. I would get hit by the rope and felt like I got slapped by an electric cord, IT HURTS a lot. Also, the screws to adjust the length are not girly friendly if you have acrylics. One of the screws fell when I was jumping and it took 4 min to find it. Do not recommend.

This jump rope is very pretty. I like that it’s adjusts easily and the swivel handles makes me trip less than when I use my other jump rope. The rope is light, which makes it easier to travel with but it may be too light for my jump rope app to pick up the sound of the rope hitting the floor.

I like the lightweight of the rope, however it fell apart the first time I used it. The screw on the adjustable part came loose so it, the stopper, and the piece it screws into went flying off which meant the rope part came off from the handle. I’m not sure if I can return it now.
