So sorry if our directions were unclear. It works almost instantaneously. Meaning, once you apply and work/massage into cuticles, you can begin the process of pushing the cuticles back. Of course, feel free to wait 2-3 minutes as well for tougher cuticles. Hope this helps!

Amazing cuticle remover
Purchased after seeing this used and reading reviews every where. This is the cream version which explains why some say consistency is thick. I previously read that you need to be careful using as it can cause peeling. rinsing with water gets it off quickly. I've got extremely dry skin, haven't had pedicure in 3 years. Soaked my feet applied to each nail. Waited then worked on each toe. I was amazed. There was no odor or peeling of the surrounding skin.

It works but consistency weird!
It worked for me, no reaction but I wouldnt say I'm sensitive or easily allergic to products. It removed the cuticles after 15 secs. Consistency is clumpy, goopy think booger-like lol I even thought it was a bad bottle but now I dont know. Smell is chemical and not pleasant, but doesnt bother me.I will keep using, but my usual is blue sally hansen remover.

Blistered, swollen and bleeding Cuticles!
It’s a BIG NO for me! I’ve been doing my own nails for yrs. This has never happened to me! After using this product of nail cuticle removal all 10 fingers had a reaction it wasn’t immediate but my cuticles got blistered swollen and most of them started bleeding. They were red and throbbing of pain. I soaked them in warm water then hydrogen peroxide & kept doing that process but my cuticles are done for. It’s going to take away your heal.

Bad Side Effect
I normally use Sally Hansen’s cuticle remover, but I thought why not this looks like what nail salons use. It caused my skin to peel for weeks afterwards. I doubt it does this to everyone, but if you have sensitive skin probably skip this one.
