[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little skeptical after reading some reviews about people saying this sunscreen gave them burns, but in my experience this sunscreen provided good sun protection and my children did not have any adverse reactions. It is fragrance free and applies well. It does leave a white cast, but I don’t mind that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical at first since mineral-based sunscreens usually leave a heavy white cast, especially on kids. Blue Lizard really surprised me! It goes on thick but blends in much better than I expected and doesn’t leave that ghostly look. Seems to do the job but I make sure to reapply every hour. It has a classic sunscreen smell, and comes in a convenient tub that’s easy to use. The only downside was that the packaging cracked at the top seam somehow so product started leaking from there in addition to the opening. A bit messy, but not a dealbreaker. Overall, I feel good about using this on my littles and will continue to repurchase!

It’s a mineral sunscreen so it is thicker and harder to spread than chemical sunscreens but I feel better using mineral sunscreens on my children. It rubs in pretty easily and this has protected my kids skin during the hot summer sun. No sunburns so far!

I have used this product many times in the past and our whole family has loved it. However, the recent formula change caused a rather extreme skin reaction to my daughter that caused discomfort and a visit to the doctor. A side by side comparison indicated a significant change in ingredients. Disappointing!

It’s easy to apply, not sticky, and lasts through sweat and water! I love that it is reef safe and mineral based! Also the cap turns blue when harmful UV Rays are present!
