This broad spectrum UVA/UVB SPF 50 protects sensitive skin from 98% of UVB rays so you can enjoy your time in the great outdoors. This mineral sunscreen is specially formulated for sensitive skin. Shake well, spr ay and rub into your skin for mineral sun protection that is easy to use and dries clear, so you don’t have to worry about their SPF showing. This adventure-ready spray is customer-tested to feel great on skin and contains soothing organic Aloe . Blue Lizard spray sunscreens are enriched with skin-nourishing ingredients, which leave skin feeling smooth and not sticky. Our Sensitive Spray Sunscreen has 80 minutes of water resistance, so your skin stays protected longer. The formula is Zinc Oxide-based, so it provides broad-spectrum protection without chemical sunscreen active ingredients or airborne Titanium Dioxide. It’s a vegan formula, free from parabens, fragrances, and drying alcohols. We ♥ the Reef: This product is made without Oxybenzone or Octinoxate to help protect fragile reef ecosystems. The propellant also has ultra-low global warming potential (GWP). Directions: Shake well before and frequently during use. Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. This product sprayed out very aerosol -like. It was misty no matter how much I shook before during and rinsed after each use. It was gone after using it once on each of my 2 kids.

We opened for a long pool day. Both my kids got burned even through we reapplied every few hours. The next time we went to use it, it stopped dispensing. I suspect the sunburn was due to the sprayer not adequately dispensing. And on day 2 it would only dispense air… and very little product. The product that DID come out had a nice texture and not overly greasy but it just doesn’t dispense properly…. I’d try the lotion but never the spray.

I like the way that the sunscreen feels on the skin, especially for a mineral sunscreen. Unfortunately, this does leave a white cast, which is offputting. Overall, it’s a great sunscreen option. I am just not sure that it would be my go to sunscreen as I don’t like to have a white cast on my skin.

It goes on white at first and looks a bit greasy, but it blends in well and doesn’t leave any marks on clothes or skin. It's not a heavy product, it also goes on super light. As for effectiveness I'm not sure it's been so rainy here I haven't had the opportunity to use it.

We have traveled to the Caribbean multiple times and I have never burned as long as I reapply. I am so pumped about this one because it sprays on and it’s clear!!! Usually mineral based sunscreens have a white sheen to it. This felt great, absorbed very well and wasn’t oily at all. This is definitely our new fave sunscreen!

I've used Blue Lizard before, but it was their old mineral lotion and that thing was thick with a horrible white cast. NOT the case with this product! While it sprays out white, it blends in without a white cast on light skin (can't claim it will be the same for darker skin tones). For a mineral sunscreen, it doesnt feel like its totally sitting on my skin like they usually feel. It has a nice scent and the packaging is nice. I've very impressed by the improvements and will continue using this and buy more!

Rather than having to chase down my child to apply SPF, I can get a great layer on with this spray sunscreen. I can easily spray his skin and then we use a beauty blender to tap it into his skin.
