This mineral sunscreen with Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide is free from harsh chemical active ingredients that might irritate sensitive skin while protecting it from 98% of UVB rays. Ideal for beach days, sporting events, or everyday sun protection, the water-resistant formula will help keep your skin protected for up to 80 minutes. Developed specifically for sensitive skin, the hypoallergenic formula is infused with soothing Aloe Vera and free from parabens, phthalates and fragrances. How to Use: Shake well prior to use. Apply liberally to dry skin 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply: after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, or at least every 2 hours. For topical use only. Keep out of reach of children. For children under 6 months of age: Ask a doctor. Sun protection measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. Worst sunscreen
This sun screen gave my 4 yr old the worst rash I have ever seen. I am so upset about the pain this cause my granddaughter. Please do not buy this product. We had to take her to the doctor. Then the medicine they gave her burned. Tge only thing that helped was a bath in Dawn dish soap to remove the oil that is in this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Blue Lizard Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50 and it’s actually really good! It feels gentle on the skin and didn’t irritate me at all. I like that it’s mineral-based. It does leave a bit of a white cast at first, especially on medium skin like mine, but if I take my time blending it, it mostly goes away. And my skin looks glowy! It feels lightweight, not greasy, and to be honest I avoided applying it on my face. Plus, I didn’t get any sunburn, so it definitely does its job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the application wasn’t the best for me. I’m used to sunscreen being smoother or using a spray, but this one was initially quite thick. I had to rub it in for a long time. It left the “white cast” pretty much makes me look “ashy” so im not very confident it absorbed well because i still had very obvious burns. On the positive side, the lotion has no scent, and the bottles had a special indicator on the top that alerts you to UVA/UVB exposure. Overall, I personally wasn’t a fan of the sunscreen. It’s not to say it won’t work for everyone, but it just didn’t work for me.

I used to love the old formulation - worked great. I have sensitive skin and it’s hard for me to find products that work well for me. Sadly, the new formula makes my skin itchy (and is somehow greasier than the old one.) Time to shop for a new brand.

This sunscreen went on slightly thick, but absorbed easily and didn’t feel greasy or slimy. It had a normal sunscreen scent which I love. I also liked that the cap on the bottle changes colors when it detects UV rays, which signals me to reapply.
