Bob Marley – Legend (Target Exclusive, Gold Vinyl)

Too expensive for the value

This is the best album of Bob Marley with good sound. However it was little poor record pressing as there are many crackles even I did wet clean carefully the disc before playing, but the noise level is not so disturbing or over power the audio. When first play the stylus picking alot of noise. Then I brushed the disc again, after the second play the noise reduced. I think the stylus picked up alot of particls from the grooves on first play. Overall the quality is acceptable to me.

I purchased this back in July 2024, listened to it about 2 weeks ago and it won't play longer than about 30 seconds. I thought I bought it from Amazon and was just going to eat that cost. I purchased this again today from Target, and the same thing is happening. Upon further research through my purchase history I realized I got the first one from Target as well. I've tried both records on 2 different turntables and on both, the record just stops playing after 30 seconds. Even if I skip ahead, it will stop after 30 seconds.

The worst ever experience! First of all. Stay far away from Target pressings. They are the worst. Second once you open it they won't let you return it! Say What!? You don't know it's bad until you play it. I won't be shopping at any Target in the near future. The worst customer service I've experienced in a while. In fact I'll be deleting my account.

Saw the "One Love" movie and had to add this to my partners vinyl collection. The gold vinyl is a limited edition bonus! LOVE IT.

I am a huge fan of Bob Marley and have this same album on CD and my streaming library. There’s nothing like vinyl though. I had to grab it and the limited edition version available through Target made it even sweeter. Sound quality is amazing!

Solid album of a legends greatest hits! Haven’t been able to find any of his original albums, and didn’t want to pay the prices some people are charging on line, so this was a good substitute!

Purchased this Amazing album for my Husband for Xmas. He’s totally into vinyl now and this is now his 1st record ever…he loved it! Great for any Bob Marley fan.

Very disappointed in the quality. It feels like cheap thin plastic, and the outer ring is raised so high the tone arm slides about 5 seconds into the first song. The gold color is dull too. I have bought other vinyl from Target that has been great, but this one misses the mark for sure. Would not recommend.

Record arrived with several scratches. Does not play without many skips. Was a gift. For whatever reason, item is saying I am not eligible to return/exchange even though it has been fewer than 90 days.
