Just OK, not for good quality cooking
You get what you pay for… I bought the whole set on sale at GreenPan bc I love my GP pans and trust the brand and I like other products w Bobby Flay’s name. This set is not the best, not for good quality cooking, ok for everyday. Main issues: some don’t work on some of my induction ‘burners’, the ones that work are SLOW, and they cook differently (eggs are weird, less browning of food). They are great for simple everyday food, like fish and chicken, as they clean up really easily.

They didn’t last long. Everything started sticking to the pans after a couple months of use. And they got scrapes even with using the silicone utensils.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on the warm surface; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help!

I have to be careful not to use high heat, but nothing sticks to these pans! They were delivered ahead of schedule in perfect condition! It is a beautiful set of pans, but the enclosed directions state that they should be hand washed (your website states that they are dishwasher safe).

Nice set, needs 12" pan in blue though!!
I really like the set. However, I realized afterward that I wanted a 12" pan since the 10" isn't always big enough. Bobby Flay only makes his 12" pan in stainless steel, with a black interior, and it doesn't come in the blue with white interior like this set. I'm sure it's a nice pan too but now I don't have a fully matching set, which is really disapppinting.

Great for use, maybe not for style
I love the set. It looks great and cooks great. It gives clear instructions on how to maintain the lifespan of the set (what type of utensils and oil/butter to use, handwash vs dishwasher, etc) which was great. My only complaint is the blue paint starting peeling on a pot after the first use. This is usually something I've noticed on other pots and pans after extending traditional levels of wear and tear.

Lid handles hot
I really like this set, but not sure why they made frypan/saucepan handles cool touch silicon, but not the lid handles. They get very hot and no steam hole in the lids either. When you take the lid off, hot water goes everywhere. Have to be sure to hold it over the pot for a few. Otherwise, great non-stick cooking and easy cleanup.
