Q: It says on the pans that only oils and butter should be used but no cooking sprays. What is the reasoning for this? Can I use an avocado oil spray?

A: Cooking sprays contain tiny droplets that can burn easily causing your pan to stick. Avocado oil is fine to use, but please keep your heat to medium as it has a tendency to become sticky when heated.

Best Pans Ever

(Blue set) I bought the whole set on sale bc I love my GP pans and trust the brand and like other products w Bobby Flay’s name. This set is not the best, not for good quality cooking, k for everyday. Main issues: some don’t work on some of my induction ‘burners’, the ones that work are SLOW, and they cook differently (eggs are weird, less browning of food). They are great for simple everyday food, like fish and chicken, as they clean up really easily.

Green Pan All The Way
I haven’t used the pan for anything other than canned soup. However, the soup did not stick. It poured clean from the pan and it wiped clean from the vegetable soup, using a paper towel. I have several pans and electric items sold by Green Pan which I love. I have Bobby Flay skillet and I love it. Slowly I have been switching everything in my kitchen to Green Pan.

The best of two brands
I searched about better pan at least it better set the pots and pans come to find out their two brands that I was interested in both down the top notch Green Pan was one of them. I won’t say what the other one was but this is my first day and I hope to enjoy it.
