Description
The Body-Solid Leverage FID46 Bench is a heavy-duty, fully adjustable flat/incline/decline bench designed for serious strength training. Built with a 13-gauge 3" round steel frame, it provides unmatched stability and durability for a wide range of barbell and dumbbell exercises. The back and seat pads feature 2.75" thick DuraFirm™ upholstery that never bottoms out, with synchronized adjustments offering multiple angles for proper form and comfort. Complete with an integrated leg developer, this bench allows for seated leg extensions and prone leg curls, making it ideal for total upper- and lower-body workouts. Transport wheels make it easy to move, and it’s compatible with Power Racks, Smith Machines, and the SBL460 leverage system.
